- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services start at $15. The number of notarial stamps, pages and distance to the place of signing is what determines your quote. Discounts and specials are available if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm connected with a customer I ask the following: What kind of document do need notarized? How many pages included? Will you require a witness? Are printing services needed? When and where will the signing take place?. After this process a quote is offered and I verify that a valid ID will be present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current member of the National Notary Association (NNA). My membership provides me with top notarial training and immediate notification of new or adjusted laws passed in Maryland. Currently I have over 300 hours in education/ training courses and I continue to self improve daily.
