- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize an hourly pricing model that charges for every 15 minutes of service, billed in 15-minute increments. This allows our clients maximum flexibility to receive as much or as little support as is currently needed, only paying for the exact time used. We provide discounted bundled hourly packages for long-term engagements to offer cost savings, as well as tiered discounts for non-profits, startups under 2 years old, and companies with under $1 million in revenue. Our specialists will provide complimentary scoping sessions to assess project needs and provide quotes before starting work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin each new client engagement with an intake call to understand your unique needs and objectives, then develop a custom financial plan detailing services, technologies, and staffing to be deployed to achieve your goals. Once finalized, we commence ongoing collaborative work integrated into your workflows for seamless adoption and value creation. Along the way we continually assess progress and gather feedback to refine the support model so that it remains ideally configured to drive your enduring prosperity.
