Lalpeck was very responsive and professional. He removed old faucets in the kitchen and bathroom an installed new ones. He also cleared the toilet. He performed high quality work. I will call on him again when I have plumbing needs.

On the first call, Lalpeck was very responsive. We did a video call to further identify the plumbing issue, and within 30 minutes he provided a clear quote covering both labor and materials. As promised, he arrived on time, introduced himself politely, and began working promptly. He was courteous, professional, and took the time necessary to properly resolve the issue. Thanks for coming over on short notice to declog my kitchen sink drain. After multiple failed attempts using drain gel and a snake, he was able to clear the drain immediately. Great value and left everything very clean after the job. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I contacted Genesis Flow Plumbing and Drains us to a clogged kitchen sink drain. The pipes are connected to a utility sink in the garage. The backup filled the utility sink with gunk from the garbage disposal that never made it past the clog… or caused the clog. It was a nasty, smelly mess. I couldn’t use the kitchen sink at all. I asked for an immediate appointment. He was here within two hours, cleaned out the mess, Besides clearing the clog and cleaning the mess in both sinks he also took the time to personally scrub out the entire utility sink, it looks and smells as fresh as new. He let me know of a leak in the utility sink and showed me how to turn off the water to that sink. His price for several hours of work was totally reasonable. I will certainly call him again whenever I need a competent, licensed plumber. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
