One of our two A/C outdoor units which had been installed in 1993 stopped working. The BPM rep was very professional, got right to it, did a quick diagnostic test and found that the capacitor was not working. He had the part, replaced it and everything was less than $300. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was still functioning. BPM will be our first go to for our HVAC. I

Had a very positive experience from start to finish. We needed an HVAC technician urgently to service our AC. The front desk representative, Samantha, was friendly, professional, and patiently answered all of our questions.
