- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Family Law Uncontested divorce - $1,000 (includes filing fees) Child Support and/ or Custody Petitions - $3,000 retainer and billed at $250 - $325/ hr. Child Support and/ or Custody Modification - $3,000 retainer, billed at $250-$325/ hr. Protective Orders - $2,500 Immigration (listed attorney's fees do not include applicable USCIS and/ or Department of State filing fees) Green Card (Immediate Relative / I-130, Adjustment of Status (within the US) - $3,000 Green Card (Immediate Relative / I-130, Consular Processing (outside of the US - $3,000 I-130 only - $1,000 Naturalization/ Citizenship Application - $1,250, fee will increase if tax issues or criminal history U-Visa - $2,700 Green Card Renewal - $450 Visa Extension - $300 Representation for Requests for Evidence (RFE) only - $1,000 Representation at USCIS interview only (Fairfax, Baltimore and Norfolk only) - $1,200 - includes thorough review of petition/application packet filed with USCIS Personal Injury All personal injury cases are based on a contingency fee and will be discussed in further detail at the time of consultation. Clients do not pay unless settlement or verdict is obtained. Legal Document preparation services are also available. Pricing to be determined and discussed at time of consultation, but flat rate starts at $150 and depends on the nature of the documents to be prepared.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being very attentive to what the potential new client says in the initial request for attorney assistance and providing a thorough intake phone call or in person meeting if the client is local. I'm also upfront about providing the cost of representation upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and am a licensed attorney.
