FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and compliant with Maryland state law. This is an all-inclusive flat rate, meaning you will never encounter hidden charges. The fee covers the entire secure, remote process, including: The official notarial act (e.g., acknowledgment, jurat, or oath). All technology and platform usage. The required advanced identity verification (credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication). The secure, recorded audio-visual session. Because the service is remote, there are no travel fees, mileage charges, or hidden expenses—just one clear price for a secure and convenient notarization completed from anywhere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered, fully certified, and commissioned Notary Public and Remote Notary in the State of Maryland. I have passed all required and necessary training and state examinations mandated by the Maryland Secretary of State's office. I have also successfully fulfilled all requirements to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) services, allowing me to serve you efficiently and conveniently wherever you are located. I regularly participate in practical "shadow/practice sessions" to keep my skills sharp and stay current with best practices for handling various document types and complex scenarios. I take extra courses, workshops, and diligently watch informational videos in my spare time to deepen my knowledge of notarial law, ethics, and industry technology. My primary goal is to provide accurate and efficient service while strictly abiding by all Maryland laws and regulations. You can be confident that your important documents will be handled legally and professionally.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A majority of my clients are small business owners, employees, families, and individuals. I often help families with sensitive or important life events, ensuring all signatures are legally sound.
