- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a service request we respond promptly in order to schedule an appointment with you. At the time of our meeting you on site we will go over all of the details that you would like to have with your project. After we have everything documented we will check on all material cost and availability. Within a day or two we will use your best method of contact to get you a detailed proposal for your project. This process is fast and sometimes it can even be done on site.
