- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my pricing is as follows $20-$50 for a design fee. This will include a mock up. After that, I charge $1-$5 per name/item. If needed, shipping will also be included in the purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer I start by learning more about the project, during this time I view your vision board and create a timeline for this project. Next, I create a mock-up of the design for approval. After that I get to work and deliver your piece by the agreed upon deliver date. Local projects can be picked up. All other projects will be mailed and customers will receive a tracking number.
