This company was a great find !! Joe the guy that runs it is very experienced, polite. His team is on it! Very professional, you get regular check ins whilst the work is in process to make sure you are satisfied with the progress, fast and great quality work! Great value in price I thought it was fair. I see why they have great reviews just impressed with all the quality of work that was done and a fast turn around -no long days off work which was a plus !! I had a new hardwood staircase in less than 2 days !!! So less than 48 hrs ! No hassle no stress !!Hire them !! I will be using them for all my projects! Great team of people!!

Joe was friendly and extremely responsive. He did a walk through of our home and provided a quote for the work within a few days of receiving my inquiry on this website. The price was reasonable and the work started and finished quickly. We had the upstairs level of our home and the stairs done in hardwood. The team of 4 completed the work in 16 hours over the course of two days. Joe stopped by each day to check on the team and the progress. I appreciated that he even found a crack on one of the stairs and had the team replace it. We are quite pleased with the work and will use Joe and his team again when we replace the flooring in our basement. I've also shared his info with my dad and he plans to call Joe in the future. Throughout the entire process, I only had one wrinkle in the program. When I returned the contract and submitted the info for the deposit, I requested that my card not be charged until two days later, and that was agreed upon. My card was still charged the next day. While it was not a huge issue, it could have been had I not had the funds to cover the deposit. Joe apologized multiple times for the mix up and everything after that went smoothly. I'm glad I used Thumb Tack to identify a contractor for this project. I was not familiar with Prospect Flooring before but am very pleased with the work and the level of professionalism displayed.

Joe and his team are a pleasure to work with. When I posted my project, he was the first to respond and was able to give my home a same-day inspection. He had one of his leads come by to also take a look. We were able to come to an agreement for the work, and he was very communicative with scheduling and also with following up with me after each day of work. I highly recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring and will reach out to them first when it comes time to redo the bedrooms.

Joe from Prospect was able to come out right away to give us an estimate for removing our carpeting and replacing it with vinyl. His team was able to complete the project less than a week later and within one day, which we really appreciated because it minimized disruption for our infant and our cats! The team was professional, efficient, and took great care when bringing materials in and out. The flooring turned out beautifully! I recommend Prospect and plan to hire the team if we have any flooring projects in the future.
