José and his team were AMAZING to work with. I’d already selected flooring from another big name store and needed to price installers. The US Flooring team, led by José, were responsive and thorough from the start. After asking about my overall goals & concerns for the project, they scheduled the estimate to happen in a few days. One of my concerns was, as I have grey walls, the colors in the wood would make the grey look blue. With that in mind, they also brought additional (& better quality) flooring options so I can see how certain colors looked in the light, etc. They did all this without being aggressive in the sale so at no point did I feel I was being pitched to. They offered additional cost saving solutions and other design recommendations to help me save time (avoid repainting) and achieve a more cohesive look. After the estimates, I received three quotes. One for installation only if I went with the floor I’d previously picked (this one included amount of flooring, padding, etc I’d need so I could just give that to the store) and 2 that were inclusive of installation and flooring I was considering from the samples they brought. Pricing was fair on all three and, ultimately, I selected one of the flooring options they brought. Marcela, the office manager, was a joy to work with when processing payments, getting installation scheduled and answering any questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she would get it for you and call back asap. Customer service was great. The team arrived on time. They were polite, efficient, and professional. All persons coming to your home were masked and maintained a 6’ distance. They reviewed my expectations with me before work and were quick to update me on the work. After installation and final payment was complete I felt a small soft spot in the floor. Since the payment was done I wasn’t sure if I’d get the same customer experience. I shouldn’t have worried!! I called to ask about it and, again, the team was responsive. José came over to inspect and investigate my concern. He explained what it could be and sent his team out to confirm and fix if needed. It wasn’t a flooring issue. The floor was laid well. The 40 year old floor joists were slightly uneven and going from a laminate to a softer lvp floor, I could feel the difference more. They provided a fix (added a shim) and relayed the floor in that spot in just a few hours. The floor is beautiful and feels great. The service, expertise, and product is unmatched. Hire them!!
