For a non-nutritionist, I feel that I have a solid foundation in my knowledge of nutritional information, and even with that, Melanie is an essential professional to have on my team in my pursuit of healthy living. In a world where there is an abundant and overwhelming amount of information on nutrition, diets, etc., Melanie confidently aids me in sorting through the confusion with ease. She knows what is important and what is not important. She knows what to try and what not to try. Furthermore, Melanie takes the time to listen to what is important to me and helps me with navigating those important areas. She also takes the time to answer my questions. After the appointment is complete, she sends me an organized, well-written, easy-to-follow document with her recommendations and key things to remember from our appointment.
