James was communicative, diagnosed the problem via videos and pictures and then came by for a free consultation, and provided same day service. He was very punctual and helped me understand the various plumbing issues and made my life so much easier that day. I had expected a few hours of work but he was done in a jiffy due to expert skill. It was not an easy task but he did it quickly. Above all, he was friendly and easy to talk to and made me less worried about the problem. :). Will be calling them in the future.

Rehoboth Plumbing and Drain's James Lian contacted me within minutes of my request for help to unclog a downspout drain pipe. It was an early Monday after a holiday weekend that I reached out. He was truthfully responsive to my questions, explained what his plan was and when he would get out to my house (he was there within two hours, such a relief!) He quoted me his rate and asked me if that fee was acceptable and I immediately approved. He stayed in close touch during his service call and sent me photos immediately afterward. His fee was lower (!) and he sent a professional invoice. He encouraged me to wait to pay him until after I got back to the house at the end of the day to inspect the job he did. I was so pleased with his performance from beginning to end and I paid his fee willingly. Thank you to James Lian!
