One of his guys showed up early. He was great and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly. The only hiccup was we just couldn’t find a good time to meet up beforehand, but that was just because our schedules couldn’t align. So it was great when he was early to the location the day of the wedding so I could get back to the hotel to get ready. Basically they monitored a parking lot I had reserved to make sure there was no unauthorized parking. They did a great job. They even took down my barricade tape afterwards so there was no clean up for me!

Guards arrived on time, which was an immediate improvement from another company we used last year. I was surprised on a nearly 100-degree day, none seemed to bring water, food, or shade from the sun. We provided all these plus chairs to use when they weren't up greeting attendees. They understood their duties as we described them and there were no incidents. They stayed in contact with me throughout the event, checking in a few times. Four guards was probably one too many but it worked out fine.
