Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My commitment to doing quality work the first time. Too often I run across work done by others that was rushed; I believe in completing a job accurately, cleanly and always professionally. If you have the most in demand skills you can always find a way to earn a living, regardless if it is for someone else or for yourself. In the internet age, very little resources are needed to start and run a successful business.

Frederick Pope's reply
Undoubtedly, this has been quite the eye opener. I initially informed Ms Abby G. that I do not provide parts, but after her insistence, I decided to make an exception to policy. However, extenuating circumstances prevented me from making the parts purchase. Unfortunately, Ms Abby G. misconstrued this as incompetence on my part. Lesson learned. Sincerely, Frederick Pope Owner

Frederick came in took control of the situation and had my printer hooked up in no time. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend him to others who might be experiencing issues with your computer or printer.
