I BOUGHT A TANK FROM A LOCAL STORE AND THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG STUFF. RUSSELL CAME TO MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO GET IT RIGHT. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN FOLOWUP QUESTIONS. I AM STILL IN CONTACT ITH HIM AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP WITH A TANK SETUP.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Russ the owner of World Aquatic Biomes, he gave great advice for what was best for my turtle and explained to me what I was doing wrong and what to now do right. I had been searching for help over a year for my turtle and had not found anyone on the internet and I happened to search the internet again recently and thumbtack came up and that is how I found Mr. Russ, the 40 gal. tank that I had my turtle in was extremely filthy looking even though I just cleaned it a little over a week before by emptying the water out and putting water back in to a 40 gal. tank and it was an ongoing process and the water didn't only look filthy it was contaminated because I had it tested. Therefore, I am so very glad that I met Mr. Russ who did a extraordinary job, just as he said I gave it some days and now the water is perfectly clear and I'm feeding my turtle the proper food as he recommended and he also saved me a tremendous amount of money on unnecessary supplies. I most definitely recommend him--his prices are very reasonable, he gives great advice for the upkeep and care of your turtle, he is very professional, and he helps you save money on supplies and foods that are not good for your turtle. Now, my turtle and I are extremely happy!

World Aquatic Biomes owner, Russ, was very knowledgeable regarding tropical fish, their biological and environmental needs, as well as the maintenance of aquarium techniques to meet those needs. My tank looks GREAT.
