It’s not good to devalue my business because you were no longer able to train with me. It’s not fair to me and the potential clients that could perceive my business as being sub par. This review could potentially turn away some one who’s life I could have changed. You used one session then quit after paying a non-refundable retainer. Then you wanted your money back. That’s not how business works. I hope that you come around to use the rest of the sessions you purchased. There is a lot that goes into helping someone reaching their fitness goals; Time, education, cost of business operation, insurance. For you and anyone who chooses to work with me my prices are way below industry median cost but I can’t cheat myself out of business. I hope you read this response in good faith and know that I did provide and still offer you top industry valued training. Be Blessed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing will be discussed at the Evaluation and first workout. Every case is different and every quote is reasonable and below industry asking prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a health and wellness fitness evaluation and first workout to access each client individually. We are all designed different and should be trained as so. The evaluation is a complimentary service resulting in $100 savings for yourself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through American Aerobics Association International (AAAI & ISMA)and also through National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT)
