FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some prices may vary depending on the year, make, model, and condition of your vehicle. Since every vehicle is unique, we don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing. When it comes to bigger jobs like brakes, suspension or engine work you may be obligated to pay parts pricing up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a strong foundation of technical expertise, backed by training in Automotive and Diesel Technology through accredited trade schools and hands-on experience at multiple dealerships and private shops. Over the years, we’ve also completed numerous specialized programs and classes, earning multiple certifications including ASE, Hunter, and various manufacturer-specific credentials.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We’ve always had a passion for cars and trucks, and once we realized we could turn that passion into a way to help others, it became clear—this is what we were meant to do.
