- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a starting place for pricing, which I include in all of our quotes. With flowers it is very difficult to give an exact quote without knowing exactly which flowers, the size, and season of the event. We believe that flowers bring life and a certain ambiance to an event. We are more than happy to work with you based on your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like first find out which way they prefer to communicate, phone, email, video chat, or my personal favorite in person. It's very important to get a client vibe or a feel for their personality in order to give them the a product that best meets their needs. From there I go through a few basic things, ideas, likes and dislikes, flower preference, and exactly which arrangements are needed. Finally, I follow-up with an exact quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. At Social Soirees by Renee we specialize in all components of events! We happen to have a flower enthusiast on our team that creates the SPECTACULAR floral works of art you see on our page. She has been making arrangements for events for over 5 years, and even longer for family and friends. She has a true passion for everything flowers, and it shows in her work!
