We are real estate investors and have had up to 18 rental properties at one time, so we have had our share of roof repairs and replacements. Restoration Roofing is probably the best company we have ever worked with. They were very competitive with their bid and were very professional throughout the sales, installation and post sales process. More importantly, Jose was very helpful in providing us advice and very responsive to our questions even after the work was completed. We highly recommend them.

Restoration Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. On the day of the estimate, Jose came to my house with the estimate already in hand along with an aerial roof report. Jose went over the estimate and report and I immediately felt comfortable with him. His crew was great and they did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who needs a roof replacement!

We are glad we chose Restoration Roofing to replace the roof on our new home. Jose was very helpful, professional, didn't try to pressure us at any point and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. Their prices were reasonable and the work was excellent. They used high quality materials like high quality shingles, synthetic underlayment and plywood rather than osb. They also paid attention to the smaller details like using edge support clips and adding starter shingles and ice shield to all the edges of the roof not just the bottom to help with the high winds that had damaged the roof before. You could tell they took pride in what they do and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The only issue we had was a bit of a language barrier with the crew to work out some details on the day of install but we worked it out. Overall we are very happy with our new roof, gutters and new added skylights that have really improved the look and function of our new home.

  Our pricing only includes a 10% profit and a 10-12% Overhead. No commissions because the owner does the estimates and inspections.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We utilize technology to give 99.9% accuracy in pricing. We do full roof inspections with our drone and attic inspections with our Thermal Camera. We will let you know your status and the remaining life span on your roof.
