My computer was infected with a virus and damaged after I visited a government website. Norwin Herrera, the owner of KLN, was terrific. He clearly explained what he was finding, and made sure that I understood. In addition to repairing my computer at a very reasonable price, he was immediately responsive to calls and emails. When the problem required a house call, he quickly fit me into his schedule and was on time. On top of all that, he was polite and personable. I highly recommend him.
