Skilled, creative, seasoned, and friendly financial/administrative professional available for the following services: * Full-charge bookkeeping & basic accounting services * QuickBooks setup & QuickBooks/bookkeeping/basic accounting training for the small business owner by a Certified Expert QuickBooks Pro * Financial reporting (monthly statements, budget performance, cashflow projections, etc.) * Budget development & analysis (on-site for government clients, private sector, small businesses, and non-profits) * Past performance working on-site in a Federal government environment * Invoicing & collections (including government contract clients / WAWF billing) * Expertise with all QuickBooks versions - Certified Expert QuickBooks Pro User * Experience with MYOB, Deltek, Solomon, MAS 90, SAGE, Peachtree, MS Dynamics/FRx Reporting, Great Plains, and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); I also learn new accounting/bookkeeping software packages very quickly. * Experience with some DOC federal proprietary applications (MARS, CPCS, Morris, etc.) * Administrative & business operations consulting * Office process evaluation and streamlining * Writing, editing, and proofreading * Database development/user testing and integration with MS Office and/or QuickBooks * Supervisory experience and administrative assistant/software training * Government contract administration (including government contract invoicing direct and through WAWF) * Project/research assistance * HR generalist, benefit administrator, and recruiting experience * Academic credit intern program research, design, implementation, and recruitment * Start-up business assistance (licensing, permits, insurance, labor, etc.) * Temporary or contract project/office assistance * Event planning/organization assistance, event staffing, and event publication * Baking INCREDIBLE, SUPER-RICH & INDULGENT BROWNIES that can be provided for office events! Reasonable independent contractor (1099) rates between $27 - $40 per hour based on size of business, service complexity, frequency of services, length of commitment, location where services are performed, and transportation/parking costs. Available some weekdays as well as some evening and weekend hours. Free consultation meeting offered so that we can discuss if we are a good mutual fit. On a related note, I bring samples of my brownies to meet & greets. :-) Invoicing for services rendered done twice per month, the 15th and last day of month, and due upon receipt.
