Prompt and pleasant responses and bid with winning competitive pricing against three other contractors. High integrity workers and management solved some difficult issues with a serious "dog slime mold" deck repair. Management was involved through the repair process of the catastrophic damage caused by the mold which was threating total collapse of the composite material deck.Highly recommend for your consideration in any home improvement or remodeling project.

We were very impressed by the work that Hagerstown Home Improvement did on our deck. Elmer and his crew worked steadily taking the deck off, then replaced faulty decking underneath. They reinstalled the deck that had been on per our instructions. It turned out to be a jigsaw puzzle, but they worked diligently and got it all back together. We would highly recommend Hagerstown Home Improvement for any work you need done around your house. Jonathan was great to work with and stayed in contact throughout the job. Thanks

As a plumbing contractor there are times when we need carpentry and other home improvements , I have done a few jobs with John and his crew , always top notch service always stays in contact with me . My wife and I even had them install a French Door for us that was botched by another contractor a few years ago . Door works beautiful and best part the yellow jackets are not inside my wall anymore . Definitely recommend them and I will be using them again personally
