Aaron and DMG undertook a massive project for us: redeveloping a 75,000 SF former factory in Downtown Hagerstown, MD. Re-branded by DMG, the new Mulberry Lofts has become a focal point of rebirth for this small city. The project's website (www.22mulberry.com) was designed by DMG, as were the various brochures (downloadable from the site), and -- perhaps most important -- so were all of the facility improvements. This included repainting the facility, removing 100 old steel windows and replacing them with 600 new windows, and subdividing the building into professional "cool" suites for young creative people. The project has been a tremendous success, both from a financial and development perspective. The project has been ongoing for more than 3 years, and during this entire period DMG and Aaron have exceeded our expectations, often coming up with unique cost-saving ideas and operating under tight deadlines. Aaron's practical experience and architectural skills, combined with the graphic talents of his business partner, made this project a reality.
