Let me tell you about Nat , who is so much more than a health coach . She has suffered through things in her life, which make her the best kind of mentor it don’t matter what you’re going through(She listens) Never judgmental !! She is our friend, but will turn around and push you to the edge and then bring you back down. I think she’s the best.
