By law, in the state of Maryland, in order to keep my Title Insurance Producer license I have to have 16 hours of continuing education to stay up on the latest development in the title field.

In any financial field, especially the mortgage industry, finding the right person that you can trust and a person that has the knowledge of the transactions involved.
