Hired on Thumbtack

Asked Bob Alley if he could come Monday 23 January 1PM. This was done on Thursday 19 January. He wrote back "Yes".....Monday went by No Bob, I wrote back and received a reply that he couldn't reply even though he had my Cell Phone Number....Needless to say...I think I'll move on...

Really?? Let's be clear...You never asked me to come to your house...I told you this could easily be done remotely and I could take care of the issue immediately. You waited a day to respond, then asked if I would be available on Monday from 1pm on. I responded "yes" Never heard back from you until 2:30pm when you asked "Didn't we have an appointment for today at 1? In this response you left your phone number for the 1st time. I offered to take care of your issue for the 2nd time (also immediately) and hear nothing until you leave me a negative review. Sorry it did not work out, not sure what else I could have done.
