Jb Performance has helped me gain muscle, confidence, and reach my goals. When I started working with Jordan, I lacked upper body strength and wanted to be able to do push-ups. I went from being able to do none to being able to do 10 within a few months. He has guided me with nutrition tips, encouragement, and with new ideas to keep workouts fun and engaging. Jordan is great to work with. You’re not just another number to him like some of the other trainers. Takes the time to talk about what you’re looking to get out of your training and will adjust the workouts and meal plans according. Love the variety of workouts he has to offer. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Day 1 consists of establishing your goals, managing your expectations, discussing your nutrition, and establishing your physical and cognitive baselines. Your training plan is curated from this information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a NASM certification with a NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialization). Furthermore, I have been a 3 sport athlete (lacrosse, basketball, and football) my whole life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ensure they are passionate, enthusiastic, and willing to admit their faults.
