Great team of trainers! They are passionate about helping their clients achieve their goals and have the knowledge to do it. Extremely knowledgeable so they can tailor your workout to you. They know how to adjust workouts to avoid aggravating injuries while still getting the most out of the workout.Definitely worth the money for those that are willing to push themselves.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a NASM certification with a NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialization). Furthermore, I have been a 3 sport athlete (lacrosse, basketball, and football) my whole life.
