Melissa, Jose, and everyone on the team were exceptional. Melissa was particularly patient and supportive with me during the insurance claims process, and when the time came to fix the damage to my roof, gutters and flashing, they did excellent work making my home safe and secure again. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their work. 10/10 would recommend.

Having our house flood as new home owners was devastating, overwhelming, and anxiety provoking. Another plumber incorrectly installed a water filter, flooding our house. We are so grateful to have found MJ services to fix it!! Without asking, they took the time to call this plumber who flooded our house to explain what they were working on and what needed to be fixed so he could reimburse us, which was so unbelievably thoughtful. They were quick to respond, and would answer my calls and texts at random hours when I was in a panic about the water. They are extremely knowledgeable and even gave us advice on other plumbing issues that were outside of the main project. They went above and beyond for this project and kept us in the loop with every step of the way. They are quick and efficient, we seriously couldn’t believe how quickly they basically fixed our whole house! They are trustworthy and kind; I felt completely comfortable leaving them in the house when we weren’t home. We cannot thank them enough!! Would recommend to anyone.

I am so glad we selected MJ Home Services LLC for our home's basement waterproofing project. We listed the project on Thumbtack and had 3 companies respond, MJ Homes Services was one of them. One of the other companies came with a complicated and insulting sales process, that had us spending two hours looking at few brochures and lots of out of business company records of former competitors while recommending options to leave our basement busted up with another project to renovate. MJ Homes Services was different. Apart from being the first to respond and show up for a free inspection, they were very professional and studied our home's problems in detail. They were genuinely interested in solving the problem, once and for all rather than just earning the business. They came out twice for pre project assessment. The owner of the company, John, came and lead the design of the solution to remedy our flooding problems. The solution was comprehensive tackling the problem from all directions e.g. Competitive French Drain Network, Landscape Grading, Awning Construction, Sump Pump flow redirection, Concrete Patio Demolition, Surrounding Neighbor Water Flow Analysis etc. When the project started, just like most constructions, the crew ran into issues with valid grounds for variation. Rather, Brian and the team under John's leadership took the professional route to honor their commitment to working within our budget. In fact, the crew were so professionally that they made innovative design and construction choices should have costed us about 5 thousands dollars more for the project. I could not help but think what would have happened if we went with the other company. They would have been so rigid on the approach and inflexible with scope. I have no doubt in my mind that MJ Homes Services was a God sent answer to our home's basement floodings problem because we had spent thousands over the years on different remedies including a complicated sump pump system with another company to no avail. Finally, when it comes to being responsiveness and customer delight, Melissa of MJ Home Services is the Queen of it. She kept us up to date before, during and at project completion. During the project, it was on a day-to-day basis. She was also able to work with the crew to achieve a scope that's truly above contract. I am very grateful to have MJ Homes Services work on our home project. I will certainly look forward to any opportunity to use their services in future.

We mainly do a lot of basement waterproofing and mold removal. But we also have a Eye for roof leaks! 99% of roofing companies when they come out will say that you need a new roof because they don't want to mess with a leak and have to deal with repairing someone else's work . Well if we can repair it we will and will also give you a 5 year guarantee . We are a smaller company but we also give more one on one services to our customers. Once someone uses our company they continue to call us back time and time again.
