Mr. Diaz did a decent job for the price, though I was a bit disappointed by a few things. His quote was incomplete or unclear, so there was a miscommunication about him finishing the walls in the laundry room but I'm sure I said I wanted the walls done because I wanted all walls finished and ceilings done. I paid a bit more for him to complete the job. he also left a lot of mess behind, with drywall plaster on my personal step ladder. He also stood on my washing machine which has dented the lid. he also let a lot of debris get into the washer. So I feel like 3 stars is reasonable. he'll get the job done but you might not get exactly what you wanted and it'll be messy. the laundry machine was not acceptable, that he should not do again. that's expensive to replace and he should know better.
