- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule an appointment at our customers' convenience to be able to discuss and write the estimate. Whether it will be only labor or materials and labor, all the information will be provided on the estimate. We then send out the estimate via email, and wait upon response. If needed, we will be more than happy to accompany our customer to the local Home Depot, Lowes, etc., and assist in the purchasing of materials.

We have worked with various kinds of customers, from psychiatrists and active duty personnel to local business owners.
