Niecy has done a terrific job with my dog Monk. She is not only affordable but she is very efficient. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

We have a three year old dog that we adopted from a shelter. She was having major dog walking issues. She was pulling so hard on her leash, it was miserable. No one wanted to walk her because she would pull so hard, it literally hurt your hand. One lesson with Niecy and she walked with ease. No pulling at all. She gave us the skills to continue working with her and things have only improved. She also taught her to walk off leash, which I did not think would ever be possible. I was so nervous to let her off the leash the first time, and now we have no worries about being able to control her off leash. I would highly recommend working with Niecy! She was professional, personable, friendly, and was extremely patient. She meets you at your level, and your dogs level and goes from there. You will not regret working with her!

Just as I was losing hope for my little yorkie, Finnegan, Niecy saved the day! We asked for her to help with leash reactivity with other dogs. You may think why is this such a big deal as Finnegan is a 5 pounder, but it was terrible walking him in our neighborhood since we would run into at least 5 dogs on our short walks. At first we started with a prong collar and then since he was only slightly better, went to a neck stimulating collar. I was nervous about both because of Finn's size , but she was great with teaching us proper techniques and making us feel comfortable using these tools. She took him for a week to train him more intensely since he is stubborn joker. He was a new dog. Laying down without barking while dogs walked past him at the dog park; I was amazed!! I was extremely impressed with how much changed in just one week. What I also liked about her program was the 100% money back guarantee since we had poor results with other trainers. She is also available between sessions. The pricing was reasonable especially with everything that is included. Most important of all is that we were happy with the results. I would highly recommend her! Thanks again Niecy!!!!

Niecy was kind, understanding, and went above and beyond in delivering an excellent training service. My dog's focus has never been better. This is the only person to go to in DC!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes. Continuing education is crucial for a dog trainer specializing in behavior modification. By expanding my knowledge, I can help more families and provide my clients and potential clients with the most humane, effective, and efficient training programs. I just went to a 5 day seminar in March that discussed everything from personal growth and development to dog body language and behavior.
