Maurice was a pleasure to work with. He was very fast to respond, showed up a couple minutes early, was friendly, and professional. In addition, he showed great flexibility in accommodating my late request (giving him only a few hours advance notice) to move the appointment up one day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Secretary of State for Maryland determines how much a Notary Public is allowed to charge for services, travel, mileage, etc. These fees are not assigned by the Notary Public.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine the type of service you are requesting, if you need me to provide any witnesses, your location where services will be rendered, and requested appointment time/date. I then provide the quoted price for services to be rendered. Once agreed upon, we proceed with the appointment.
