- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the clients info and make a new customer file. I give the client my very best work as I do with all of my clients. I keep in contact with them and I give a warranty with all of my work or repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Trade for over 18 years. I have had many great teachers and bosses who have taught me every aspect of the trade. And I am constantly learning new things as technology changes everyday. And new regulations are being written everyday.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved fixing things and building things. As a young kid I was always taking things apart to learn how they worked. It just comes naturally to me. If you do something that you love it will never be a job.
