Introduction: With more than 10 years of experience in the field, I tailor each session to client's individual needs. I often use warm stones, essential oils, and cupping therapy to speed healing of the tissues. I do a lot of work with the feet (reflexology) as well as being certified in pregnancy massage. I am also an aesthetician (skincare/facials) and use only the best organic products. A facial at remedy starts with a deep cleansing followed by exfoliation to slough off dead skin. As the products work on your skin, you will be getting an arm and hand massage. Extractions are performed if necessary followed by a head, shoulder, and neck massage. Mask is applied, and you enjoy a foot massage at that time. Your facial is completed with the appropriate finishing products (i.e., toner, serum, sunscreen, moisturizer, eye cream). I am happy to share all my tips on small changes you can make to ensure your personal care routine is safe and still effective. Most personal care products contain toxic ingredients that the body stores and can be harmed by. These products are not hard to replace you just have to know what to look for.
