I have specialized training and experience in sports and medical massage, geriatric massage and movement. I was trained at Potomac Massage Training Institute and certified as a holistic health counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. I am an instructor in wellness, nutrition and exercise physiology at Potomac Massage Training Institute. I am a resident massage therapist at Riderwood Village Retirement Community in Silver Spring, MD. Sessions are tailored to meet clients' needs and long-term goals for optimal health and wellness.
