Introduction: Hi! I’m Nadia and I teach Hatha Yoga. I have started on my yoga journey about 12 years ago during my first pregnancy. I am a special edu need specialist and have been teaching all my life, so it didn’t take me long to get certified as a yoga teacher too. I completed a 500 hrs Diploma Course with the British Wheel of Yoga back in England, where I lived for most of my life before moving to USA last year. I have been teaching students of all ability levels and ages for over 5 years now. I teach all aspects of Hatha Yoga to small groups, but mainly on 1:1 basis - that way you get the maximum learning experience through a practice that is safe and precisely tailored to your needs and aspirations.

I’ve been taking private yoga lessons with Nadia for a few months now, she is a great teacher. My flexibility and focus improved immensely despite my certain physical limitations, she always finds a way to keep me safe whilst taking me out of my comfort zone and seeing that I am actually making a progress both physically and mentally. I’ve been doing yoga for a few years now, but only now I’m starting to understand it, Nadia teaches far beyond the typical postures!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer various packages that can save you money, all options and fees are listed on my website nyogateacher.com
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you first contact me, I am happy to answer any questions you might have about yoga, the lessons, my credentials and experience, etc. After you make you reservation through my website, I would also like to learn more about you before our first lesson - things like your level of yoga experience, any medical conditions you are currently experiencing (this might mean that I might alter the postures and/or other exercises to keep you safe and cater for your condition). I tend to arrive 10 minutes before the session starts, to allow for setting up - you pay for 60 (90) minutes of yoga and that’s exactly what you get! So please bear that in mind and allow some extra ‘buffer’ time before and after each session.
