I had custom built a computer myself, and the computer would run quickly and smoothly except for the fact that I would get general blue screens and abrupt restarts. It made a powerful computer absolutely unbearable to use. The very few error messages I received were not descriptive, and left me not knowing what the problem was. With a few quick hardware tests, Osiris diagnosed the problem with his tools onhand, and he discovered that one of my ram sticks was bad. He suggested that I get a specific, more reliable brand, and my computer ran without issues to this day. I was impressed by his genuine enthusiasm in diagnosing the problem as well as the know-how to suggest a new purchase for me which worked perfectly with my system.

Osiris is my number one guy when it comes to computer repairs. I'm always having problems with my computer, Osiris is fast, knowledgeable, and caring. More than being s good repairman he's a great person. I will always go to Osiris for any of my technical needs. He's just great!

The assistance that i have received from here was amazing, no matter how redundant and persistent i was; it did not bother him. I was told about various graphic cards that would better my set up and i was not disappointed. He even cared about budgets! and helped me get a reasonably priced one. Also when the suggested graphics cards would not fit in my set up, he told me various ways to go around that. it was wonderful receiving advice from someone so eager to help. This experience was great and looking forward to getting help in any future endeavors from this guy!

I decided to work with computer once I had built my very first one at the age of 12.
