- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
More TVs/ add on are usually gets to increase the pricing . But discount will apply for more installations/ or per device
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I’ve being contacted I reach out to the customer. We finalize convenient time to show up for the installation. Talk to them more about their options how and what they want to they want done. As customers satisfaction is key i get to the destination and get to business .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a graduate of electrical/electronics engineering and also a certified network engineer
