Henry responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to assess my hot water heater within a couple hours on a Saturday. As my hot water heater was 10 years old, it turned out that I needed to order a replacement part, which arrived a few days later. At that point, Henry returned and replaced the old part with the new part. The hot water heater then worked as expected. Henry was easy to communicate and work with throughout the entire process of diagnosis to installation of the new part. He left the area clean as well.

Mr. Henry was fast and responsive when it came to the repairs needed. We originally thought the thermostat needed to be changed out but after installation the unit did not come on and be confirmed it was a different repair needed. Mr. Henry not only completed the repairs needed but put back on the original thermostat. I’ll definitely be using him in the future, thank you!

Henry is amazing. He went to Lowe’s to pick up my water heater and installed it. When Henry discovered that an outer poece to the water heater was stripped, he drove back with me to Lowe’s. Henry demanded that the Lowe’s stay open after hours. And removed th part from another water heater when the employee couldn’t do it. Henry guaranteed rhat our family would have hot water that night. Thanks Henry. My family is so appreciative.
