- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are competitive, and typically firm. Quotes are for services I mention in my quote -- other services can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what the customer is looking for. If one has a shell of a resume that just needs updating, I can usually do this quickly via email by researching the current and previous job descriptions online. For someone with little to no work experience, or who is not starting out with an existing resume, I will schedule a 15-minute call to get a feel for the client's skill sets and job search objectives, then proceed with producing a resume which emphasizes ability over experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional writer and editor, and have 10 years of experience working with individuals to craft attention-grabbing resumes, cover letters and personal statements, both for employment and education programs.
