I told Robert that I would give my review after we had a big rain storm, which we just had. By the time I arrived home, I did not get to see the sump pump in action, but the basement was DRY.
I had gotten 4 quotes in total. These guys were by FAR the least expensive, and they did not spend the appointment time bad-mouthing other companies. They were the only company to suggest a water powered backup, as opposed to a battery backup. (I live in the city.) They were the only company to suggest a different location for the sump pump.
When it was time for install, they were on time every time. I left the house and let them do the hard work. My neighbor even commented how nice they were.
I did have one minor issue after install, but I sent Robert an email. He replied right away, and they came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem in ten minutes. While they were at my house, they even helped get a neighbor's car out of the snow!
This is the company you want to work with. It is a smaller company, not looking to rip you off, but to give you a good deal and good service.

Recently did waterproofing of my basement with Storm Waterproofing: the part of my basement's under-concrete drainage system had failed and needed to be reconfigured. Robert gave me the Quote which was far more competitive that other 3 Quotes I had (and job description was almost identical). Robert and his crew did excellent job addressing the problem, were prompt and courteous. Highly recommend Storm Waterproofing!
