FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I have standard pricing. My prices have remained the same over the years which tends to be lower than most other entertainment in my area. I like to make sure the services are actually affordable so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy fun family entertainment. I also do not have a minimum number of hours for most areas, which helps my customers who are not planning a large event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the person, learn about the event they are planning and try to make suggestions accordingly to what I think would work best for them. I try to answer every question they can think of and the ones that don't ask all of the questions they should, I automatically do. I am readily available via text, email and telephone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly training and practicing. Networking is a huge part of the education in this business, going to conventions and purchasing the latest and greatest tutorials. All of my friends in the childrens entertainment profession love to share amongst each other. We have huge hearts!!
