- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can usually give a rough estimate right away through thumbtack. However, depending on the complexity of the job and the details given by our customers, we may ask to set up an initial on site estimate. Our on site estimates are 100% free and we can usually be out to you within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, after first contact through phone or computer we like to set up an appointment where we can come out to our new customer's property for an initial meet and greet. During this time we are able to get a better feel for the job at hand and our customer's needs. This is also the time that the details are ironed out, and the customer can develope a better feel for who we are and our capabilities as a company. Due to the fact that some jobs can be very difficult to give an EXACT quote without first seeing the customers issues and needs, we offer free quotes either during or shortly thereafter this first meeting. With this being said the quotes given here on thumbtack are usually given with a window using our best judgement but could be slightly more or less. Once the exact price is agreed upon, we than move forward to scheduling a day and time to begin working!!!
