Randy did my flooring in my house, as well as the trim work and transitions.
The work has held up wonderfully for years now they still look brand new. . He helped guide us through making the choice of flooring that would work best for us, explained all the options well. He was very professional, and it was comfortable having him in the home doing work. He was respectful of our schedule, went above and beyond. Finished before expected. We recommend to everyone! The option he suggested works great high traffic and with pets!

Great experience working with Oxford Improvements. Jordan provided exceptional customer service and was very professional, responding to all of our questions timely.
