What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dietitians are required to complete continuing education to keep their license and registration.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide one on one nutrition education and counseling. I can also provide meal plans and recipe ideas.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Personal trainers and "nutritionists" are NOT dietitians. To be a dietitian, one must complete an undergraduate degree accredited by the Comission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), complete a dietetic intersnip also approved by CDR and pass a regulated exam. ANYONE can call themselves a nutritionist. Dietitian is a licensed/protected term. (think: "Registered Nurse")
