- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as I possibly can . A lot of My pricing system depends on the difficulty and time that I will have to give to the tasks I have set before me .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as clear and direct as possible so as to inform my customers what to expect and answer there questions as clearly as I can so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than my adolescence and young adult years in the trade assisting my father on his plumbing service truck...After graduating high school I attended and, completed training at plumber's local union number 5 trade school and, apprenticeship program in Washington DC where I graduated at in the top of my class. I Will be drawing on a total of 30 years of plumbing experience.
