Cary came out late December 2016 to look at the job. My hot tub had a leak and would not fill. He took the panels off the hot tub and told me what parts I needed to order. I ordered the parts and when they came in a week or so later I called Cary to schedule for him to come out and do the repair. To this date, my hot tub is still not repaired. Cary would call or text the day of the appointment to cancel every single time he was scheduled to come out and then eventually simply stopped responding. I had another contractor come out to look at the job and found out that due to the panels being off the hot tub over the winter more pipes have cracked and now I have to order additional parts and pay more money because the job requires additional work. My advice "STAY AWAY" from this company/contractor. I am beyond disappointed with him and this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.
