- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set my price point below what is normally charged in the Baltimore/Washington Metro Area because, although I am professional, this is not my primary means of livelihood. I pass the savings on to my clients from my love of playing music. I think potential clients will find how affordable I am.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling to arrange a face-to-face appointment. Meeting in person with my portfolio of everything I offer is usually the process with working with a new client. Potential clients can review my short legal contract and a 50% deposit will be required to book their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught with over 20 years of experience. I still have over 7,000 vinyl records and 2 Technics turntables and it has evolved into the state-of-art digital libraries which is the normal format today.
