In the beginning when I was just starting to learn about this business I liked it because I was working with my hands and not staring at a computer screen all day. In this industry everything is hands on, painting, putting dry wall up, and even interacting with customers. I enjoy working things on my own and in turn watching the business grow as well. When you love what you do it makes the job more of a hobby than "work" I think that is the part I enjoy the most. Some people wake up 5 days every week to go someplace they have hate and do things they dont like. Fortunately I don't feel like really have a job, I would consider it a passionate hobby. I truly am thankful for that.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well my dad taught me what he knew about the home service industry. When I was 19 I got be first job working for a home service company. During this time I was also getting my college education and used the money to support myself pay for school. After college I turned down a job offer from another state for personal reasons and I realized that I wanted to stay in the home service business. I was blessed with an opportunity to start my own business and here we are today and looking back, I wouldn't change a thing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do almost all types of home maintenance except plumbing and electrical. This includes Mold Remediation, Restorations, Handyman, Flooring, Water Damage Restoration, Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, and Chimney Sweeps.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In the Sliver Spring area we were called in for a mold estimation and remediation. A family's vacation cut short when their tenant discovered a pipe that had been leaking in the basement for a few days. Mold can develop very quickly and it doesn't take long to grow into a serious problem. The homeowner rushed home and alerted us of her emergency. The scope of work was quite extensive and required a few days to complete. The homeowner was comfortable enough with us that she felt she could re-joined her family for the remainder vacation while we completed the work. We were able finish the work before she returned from her vacation. As a company who prides itself in customer service we were happy to have been able to assist the homeowner with out disturbing from her own activities.
