We hired Cindy's team to paint one room, including interior doors and trim, and some benches in our home. Though a relatively small project, we were extremely happy with their work and professionalism.
The communication was excellent from the time of first contact all the way through project completion. They responded promptly to messages, provided a fair quote, and kept us informed of the schedule.
The prep work and painting itself in the room was done efficiently. They even ended up painting the ceiling, which was a great bonus. Initially there was a minor issue with the finish on the benches. However, they communicated options and came back to redo them without accepting any additional payment. Their accountability and commitment to making sure we were fully satisfied really impressed us.
In addition to the great paint job, the team also replaced some electrical outlets in the room and hung shelving. Cindy and her team brought a real sense of professionalism and care to the work. We'll certainly be calling Cindy for future paint jobs and wholeheartedly recommend the team.

Excellent work — I’m very pleased with how my room looks after my failed attempt at painting it myself! Cindy was very responsive and quick to schedule a visit for an estimate and pencil me in for the next day. Cindy and her team are so friendly, professional, FAST, and so tidy with attention to detail!
I contacted Cindy for an estimate and she came over the next day to give me a quote.
The previous owner had painted all the walls a semi-gloss baby blue colour and I wanted to do a satin soft white with one accent wall in the bedroom. She understood immediately what I wanted, didn't try to convince me to add things and also was very considerate of my anxiety over trying to keep costs down, and communicated so well throughout the whole process. I purchased Sherwin Williams Duration paint over the phone with her at the Sherwin Williams store (the price with contractor discount is MUCH better).
Her team was on time, they took care of some cracking and anchor holes before painting, and they were so efficient. She came to check the work at the end of day 1 and had them redo some parts because of how the previous owner left the wall, and her team was done the next day. Only 1.5 days to paint an entire 1 bed/1 bath loft condo. Her team left the place spotless with no paint drips, and when I asked about some touch-up at a window because there was some issue with the existing caulking, she sent someone out quickly to take care of it.
I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful painting experience! Besides painting, she also offers some handyman services like light fixture and plumbing fixture install and cabinet painting.
